Tank @ Opera DC on Valentine’s Day.

On Valentines’ Day, I dropped in at the “ultra lounge” Opera in DC to check out a set by DC/MD-area R&B singer Tank. The place was pretty nice, though their trademark gimmick of having waitresses bring out vodka bottles topped with small fireworks was somewhat scary… The crowd seemed like mostly couples, of course, though most of the ladies ditched their dates and rushed the stage area as soon as Tank appeared. He was pretty game for it, tossing witty remarks back to the ladies and flirting with them en masse. See more photos below…
